Neelan is Think Systems’ Chief Executive Officer and a Co-Founder of the business. He is an experienced professional services executive, consultant and Chartered Professional Engineer with significant experience in Systems Engineering and Assurance across the Transport, Defence and Telecommunication sectors.

He is an active member of the International Council of Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering Society of Australia, and a registrant on the National Engineering Register for two Areas of Practice: Systems Engineering and Leadership and Management.

Trent is renowned for his Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance expertise in the safety critical transport industries, including rail and aviation (fixed wing aircraft and helicopters).

Trent has a pragmatic approach to systems assurance with a keen understanding of risk management. This allows him to prioritise rigour for program delivery depending on risk profile and deliver safety and performance outcomes with less resource.

A renowned leader and practitioner, Trent has a rare mix of technical and soft skills that allow him to effectively design and execute Systems Assurance programs commensurate to suit a project’s complexity, scale and risk level delivering client outcomes and value for money.

Mark has extensive experience as a Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of small to medium-sized consulting businesses. He has expertise in the delivery of complex projects across transport, infrastructure, defence and energy sectors including under PPP and Alliance schemes.

Mark has previously held many senior technical roles across a variety of sectors and is passionate about creating value through the implementation of strategies that deliver both short and long-term benefits.
